All of our animals are pasture raised and never given hormones or antibiotics. Our hogs are supplemented Non-GMO feed and our cows are 100% grass fed. Save money by buying the entire animal.
Half or Whole Hogs
At Ironstone we believe pigs should live like pigs! They are on pasture from their first day of life till the very end! Our hogs live on pasture and wood locks. Not only is diet important to us, but their quality of life! Half hogs are $825.00 for 85 pounds of pork . Whole hogs are $1,600 for 170 pound of pork.
When you purchase a half hog you will receive standard cuts
15lbs Shoulder cuts: Bone in Butt Roasts- great for pulled pork
25lbs Loin cuts: Bone in Pork Chops or Loin Roasts
10lbs Rib cuts: Spare Ribs, Country Ribs
12lbs Belly cuts: Nitrate free Bacon
10lbs Hams: Smoked nitrate free Ham chucks or steaks
2 Packs Hocks: Smoked nitrate free
10lbs Sausages: Your choice of Ground, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Chorizo,, Beer and Cheddar, Bratwurst, Rosemary, Country, Liverwurst, or hotdogs. Pick as many flavors as you'd like!
Quarter or half Cow
Our cows are 100% Grass fed and finished Angus and Rotokawa Devons. We operate a cow calf operation. They never receive hormones or antibiotics.
Taking Deposits starting in January of 2026
When purchasing a quarter cow you will receive standard cuts from the entire animal.
